Designed with 24 individual tile slots and an easy-to-follow Charleston layout, this board gives new and returning players a clear space to organize tiles, rehearse passing directions, and practice building hands independently.
The raised dividers keep each tile position visually separated, while the labeled R, O, and L sections guide you through:
· R: Right
· O: Opposite or Across
· L: Left
American Mah Jongg begins with the Charleston, during which players pass three unwanted tiles. It also uses a card of standard hands that changes annually, making regular practice especially useful when learning a new card.
