Is this a real American (NMJL) set?

Yes. Each set has 160 tiles including 10 jokers — 152 playable — and is NMJL-compatible.

Does it really float?

Our floating sets do — they're printed in lightweight, foaming PLA, so the whole set floats on water. Our luxury sets (Heirloom Rose, Pearl Bloom) are made to be played and displayed, not floated.

Is the NMJL scoring card included?

No. American play needs the current year's NMJL card, sold by the National Mah Jongg League. Everything else is in the box.

What is it made of?

Most of our pieces are made from lightweight PLA with raised, in-house-finished faces; our luxury sets pair PLA faces with a premium translucent back (a real acrylic back on Heirloom Rose, a glossy shell-style back on Pearl Bloom). Fabric items like the velvet pouch are noted on their own pages.

How do I care for it?

Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged sun, hot cars, and dishwashers.

How long does it take to ship?

In-stock sets ship in 5–7 days. Custom orders take about 10 days from design start to dispatch. US standard shipping is free on orders over $70 — every set qualifies.

Can I personalize my set?

Yes — choose tile-back colors, add a monogram, or commission custom artwork through our Custom Studio. Custom design work has a $500 design fee ($200 for volume and club orders), and you approve a digital proof before we make anything.
