What's the minimum order?
Low — custom club, class, and corporate sets start from just a handful of sets (exact minimum confirmed on your quote), and tournament prizes from 1–2. No 200-set factory minimum, and no storefront required.
How much does it cost?
Per-set pricing drops as quantity rises (see the ladder on the page; exact figures on your quote). A one-time design fee applies — $500 for a single custom set, $200 for volume orders — and it's a design service, not deducted from the goods.
How long does it take?
About 10 days from the moment you approve your proof. Tell us your event date up front and we'll confirm it works; rush options may be available.
Can I pay by PO or net terms? Are you tax-exempt friendly?
We take card or a deposit + balance, and offer purchase orders, a W-9, and net-30 for qualified or repeat accounts. Reselling teacher or 501(c)(3) club? Send your resale or exemption certificate and we'll handle the tax.
Do you make full custom sets, or just accessories?
Full sets — 160 American tiles including 10 jokers — plus racks, trays, and storage. We customize the backs, colors, engraving, and optional joker/flower art.
Are the sets really NMJL-legal?
Yes. We only customize the look — tile backs, colors, and engraving. The playable faces stay standard and tournament-legal, so your sets work for American (NMJL) play.
Can I see it before committing?
Always. Every order gets a free digital proof to approve and share with your committee, and you can request a physical sample (credited to your order) before a big run.
Can we reorder matching sets later?
Yes — we keep your exact colorway and design on file, so you can add matching sets as your club or team grows.
